Laser liposuction is a form of assisted liposuction technique where low concentration laser beams are used to melt the fat cells in the treated area before being removed with a vacuum, attached to a hollow tube called cannula.
Laser helps in emulsifying the fat and the cell membrane to become porous so the fat can be easily drained from patient’s body. However no damage is caused to cell membrane.
